Dual milk made with fresh Idyll Farms pasture raised Certified Humane® Alpine farmstead goat milk and a splash of organic cow cream, this soft-ripened round is buttery rich and creamy with a wrinkled rind. Young, it is sweet and delicate, developing a touch of heat as it ages. Elegantly packaged in a clear mini cave that protects the delicate rind and allows the cheese to breathe and evolve. Regenerative farming practices. Gluten free. Gently pasteurized. Cave-aged. American Cheese Society winner 2017 and 2014.
