Cristiano sources Sangiovese wine from famed wine maker, Bibi Graetz. This salami won a Sofi Silver award in 2011 and continues to gain global accolades. We pair it with a beautiful Monterey Jack cheese sourced from a U.S. farm that uses 100% free range-fed Jersey Cows and organic crackers perfectly seasoned with sea salt and olive oil.
