Henning’s Cheese in rural Kiel, Wisconsin is a four-generation cheese making family that prides themselves in crafting some of the best traditional artisan cheese. We start by buying the freshest milk from small local family farmers who pasture graze their cows when weather permits and are otherwise fed a balanced diet of natural grains. Their milk is always rBST & gluten free. We then slowly handcraft each batch. Cheddar Cheese Curds are springy, fresh, young cheddar that kids of all ages can enjoy! When eaten fresh, these Wisconsin treats are squeaky and delicious! This protein-packed snack can be enjoyed on its own, battered & deep fried, on fruit or veggie skewers or served as poutine (French fries, cheese curds and gravy). Enjoy with berries, buttery crackers, sausage, lagers, pale ales or light pilsners.
