Smokey Blue Cheese Wheel
An innovative American original, Smokey Blue is often referred to as the “Gateway Blue” because it has won over countless blue cheese skeptics since its introduction in 2005. After the wheels are cave-aged and reach their full maturation, they undergo a long, gentle cold-smoking process using Oregon hazelnut shells.
