Manchego is a traditional Spanish table cheese made with 100% Manchega Sheep's milk from Central Spain's Mancha Region. Manchego is one of the worlds most popular cheeses and is an essential addition to your next cheeseboard. Ponce De Leon's sliced manchego tray is ready for the cheeseboard. This version is a young Manchego, aged for only 3 months. It's flavor is still buttery and nutty, but has more lemony tang than older versions, and a softer semi-firm texture. Truly scrumptious, this cheese can be used like a table cheese: keep a hunk in the fridge or on the kitchen table, and let folks nibble on it, or use for cooking, as an ingredient or just grated on top before serving.
