A small, red smear cheese from the deep valleys of the swiss jura - actually intended as a christmas present from the cheesemaker to his family, friends and acquaintances. since this cheese has always been highly praised by everyone, it is now conjured up every week. The good piece is lovingly lubricated by hand for four weeks, and it then matures in a bed of spruce splinters – this has a significant impact on the taste.
