It is Semi-firm and creamy texture, studded with whole mustard seeds throughout and a zesty mustard flavor melded with our mildly nutty gouda. Pale yellow and dense, dry paste flecked with brown-red/brown mustard seeds throughout. Perfect for ham & cheese sandwiches or melted over cauliflower. And really, is there any better cheese to pair with a hot, salty pretzel!
