Kourellas is a family business and the first Greek Organic Dairy in the Greek Highlands. Kourellas started making hand-crafted cheese in 1960. Their cheeses are traditionally produced, made with nothing but nature's finest ingredients; no additives, colorings, flavorings, stabilizers, thickeners, sweeteners, or preservatives. You can grill the cheese, crumble it into a salad, over your pasta, for breakfast, and more.
