Excalibur Cheddars are made using only milk from grass-fed cows, free from any growth hormones, rBST, or rBGH. The bold flavors of the Double Gloucester, Red Leicester, and Cheddar varieties reflect the time honored customs of handcrafted English cheese. This cheese combines our superb handmade Cheddar with aromatic truffles. This delivers a powerful and delicious flavour, to match its aroma.
