Our fully cooked seasoned shredded beef for Birria is made from our beef Chuck Rolls that are tender, delicious, and full of flavor. Our fully cooked Birria tastes authentic and comes in a boil ready bag. This allows the customer to simply heat and serve, saving 8-10 hours of labor. This product comes four 2.5lb bags per case and will have a small amount of consomme in the bag. This drier more concentrated version is extremely versatile and tastes like it has been cooking for hours.
