Ground Beef 70/30 - MTXBeef, LLC is a family owned and operated Texas Hill Country USDA regulated plant that raises, feeds and harvests all of their local and sustainable beef products. MTXBeef, LLC dry ages all of their beef, including ground beef cuts, for a minimum of 14 days and uses unique natural and unaltering methods to maximize tenderness and flavor and decrease unnecessary shrink during the cooking process. The robust flavor of MTXBeef, LLC products makes it easy to pair with many side dishes and beverages. Fun fact, all cattle are fed whiskey mash and brewers grain, along with other human consumable by-products, from all around the Texas Hill Country making the full circle story a reality to all consumers.
