Rovagnati Meets Urbani Delight in the tender, moist texture of Gran Biscotto (cooked ham) complemented by the earthy notes of truffles. This versatile option is perfect for gourmet pizzas, paninis, or antipasti platters. The product contains only whole pork thighs processed fresh The truffle is placed inside the product whole, then Gran Biscotto is slowly steamed. The result is a cooked ham made according to tradition, with visible truffle slices on each piece, giving the product a unique and intense aromatic note. We recommend using a gravity slicing machine to avoid crushing the product. After slicing, clean the slicer thoroughly to remove any truffle residue that may transfer to other products. The ideal thickness of cooked ham slice is one twenty-fifth of an inch (about 1 mm).
