Hemme Brothers Creamery starting with our Regenerative farming practices, selling carbon credits to corporations. Pasture based heifer raising and grazing of the milking herd as weather and seasons allow. Everything is geared toward generational legacy. In 2025 a voluntary milking system will be installed so cows can decide when they want to be milked The use of a robotic milking system will make this a reality. Rubbed and Smoked is a Smoked Cheddar with a BBQ rub incorperated on the curd and encrusted on the perimeter. This smoked cheese is very attactive with its orangeish hue attactive as it stands out on a cheeseboard.
