The Seigneur de Tilly is an 18-month-aged cheese named after the founder of the seigneury of Tilly, now known as Saint-Antoine-de-Tilly, the village where Fromagerie Bergeron is located. This cheese is made from pasteurized, partly skimmed milk and has a delicate and balanced taste. It has a mild lactic flavour with hints of vanilla and roasting and a subtle fruity taste on the palate. The slightly crumbly texture of the cheese enhances the tasting experience.
