Monti Trentini is a mountain dairy with a long tradition which dates to 1925 passed from generation to generation. Aged Truffle Cheese, cow’s milk, salt, rennet, truffle are the only ingredients for this cheese. Aged for more than 3 months and carefully handled by the hands of the expert affineurs, this cheese has a distinct flavor that perfectly combines with the pleasant truffle taste. The texture is rich, slightly grainy with small, scattered pieces of Italian truffle. The rind is covered with black coating that gives the cheese a remarkable look. 240 days shelf life.
