Monti Trentini is a mountain dairy with a long tradition which dates back to 1925 passed from generation to generation. Mountain asiago fresco, mountain cow’s milk, salt and rennet are the only unique ingredients for this amazing mountain cheese. The mountain asiago fresco is a fresh cheese, mild and pleasant on the palate. It has a soft delicate texture, and it has white/pale straw-like color. This cheese is made from full fat milk collected daily in the stunning mountains farms of the asiago plateau located above 3000 ft of sea level which guarantee its high quality and bring out the characteristic flavor typical of the mountain cheese. Whole milk pasteurized soft buttery and grassy these are the main attributes of this unique cheese. Gold medal at world cheese award 2022/2023. 180 days shelf life.
