The Aagrah Tikka Masala Catering Sauce 2.1kg was created for caterers and cooks who want to create high quality Indian Foods without the need for a highly skilled Indian Chef. The Tikka Masala sauce is an onion based sauce with a medium heat level and lots of flavour. With no added water, the cook will need to add water to complete the sauce and then finish the dish off with the addition of heavy/light cream or a dairy free alternative. The sauce can be used as a marinade to grill/barbecue meat. The sauce is also free from gluten, dairy and is vegan boasting a 12 month shelf life without the need for any artificial preservatives. It was awarded a GREAT TASTE Award 1-Star by the Guild of Fine Foods.
