Wild Morel and Leek Jack is a natural, semi-soft cheese with morel mushrooms and herbs. A mild/creamy cheese with a distinct flavor of mushrooms and a hint of leek. A white to slightly cream color. Wild Morel and Leek Jack pairs well with soft white wine. All Meister items are Naturally Lactose Free, Gluten Free, and Vegetarian.
