It has a fine, soft and creamy flavour, with notes of toasted bread in the finish and takes on an orange-red color thanks to the washing of the rind with annatto during the ripening phase, a natural vegetable dye, used for centuries to protect and colour the surface of cheeses.Exceptional by the quality of its products and the variety of its flavours, Argental has managed to satisfy the taste preferences and eating habits of consumers all around the world.
