A special blend of 80% cow, 10% sheep and 10% goat milk infused with seasonal red berries injected into the cheese. Imported from the Mancha region of Spain. Our cheese production comprises a wide range of blended, or IBERIAN, cheeses (a mixture of cow, goat and sheep´s milk), as well as pure goat´s milk cheese, pure sheep´s milk cheese, goat´s milk and wine cheese, sheep´s milk cheese with rosemary and Iberian cheese matured in extra virgin olive oil. As a result, we have succeeded in optimizing the traditional cheese-making processes, and this, combined with the use of the best raw material, enables us to produce cheeses of the highest quality, which means that we can consistently offer our customers all the goodness and wholesomeness of an outstanding product.
