Original Lactose Free (Yogurt Cultured) is a very creamy textured and mild tasting cheese, that comes in a Retail Ready-to-sell format, ready to eat and comes with 12, half pound pieces per case. On top of the cheese being Lactose Free, it also has live Probiotics in them as well such as Bifidus and Acidophilus. This cheese has a Yogurt Culture in it that eats the Lactose out of it. All Cheese is naturally Gluten Free and our Cheese is also rBST free. Minimal ingredients, Milk (cow’s) and Salt, Cheese Cultures, and Beta Carotene for color (If it is colored). We manufacture everything on site and have been a family owned and operated company since 1935. All of our Cheeses are made here in Amish Country, using local farmed milk in Holmes County Ohio
