    One of the top specialities of the Spanish charcuterie, made from the finest pigs, a touch of paprika and aromatic garlic. Enjoy raw as an appetizer, topping salads or cooked in your stew recipes. As example of tradition that our master butchers have been preparing for generations. This selected chorizo is carefully dry cured for an intense aroma and exquisite taste. Best paired with Spanish wines, cheese and olives, bread and sandwiches or beer. Chorizo flavor: cured pork with smoked paprika back notes and mild garlic aftertaste. Chorizo texture: Firm bite, product tenderizes when you eat it. Palatability in mouth and dry aftertaste. Open 10 minutes before use. Keep refrigerated between 32ºF and 44.6ºF. Once opened, use within 48 hours. Gluten free product.
