Our carrot cake is two layers of scratch made carrot cake are split, filled with a silky cream cheese icing. The cake is made with a blend of spices, shredded carrots, crushed pineapple and walnuts. We then ice the outside with the same silky cream cheese icing and decorate the top with rosettes. The cake is precut into 16 slices making plating and serving or grab and go easy. Each cake is assembled and decorated manually by our skilled bakery staff.
