BC Original Grill n Dip is used in bourbon chicken recipe to create authentic food court bourbon chicken at home. After using BC Original Marinade to marinate and bake chicken, simply glaze on Grill n Dip and serve. It can be used on all kinds of meats, fried rice or stir fries too.

We started our food service journey in late 1990's in food courts, and bourbon chicken has been our best selling entree throughout the years. Customers love its smokey aroma and unique savory plus sweet flavor. Upon requests we created BC Original line in 2005 for retail and have had many repeat customers.
