Based upon a recipe from the original Leicestershire Red that was made in the 1800's, our product is made using milk from our own farms in small batches and is individually hand made, pressed in to mould and then slow aged for 6 months Each whole cheese in then cut in to fixed weight pre-cuts of 5.3 oz. we use clear packaging so the product can be clearly seen and labelled with a fixed weight barcode. Packed 12 to a case and ready for sale.
