Made from pasteurized cows milk and considered to be the king of English cheese. First made in the 1800's and take its name from the village of Stilton where the cheese was first sold. Not only suitable for cheese boards it have a variety of uses in cooking - Melted on Steak or burgers, in a stilton & broccoli soup. remove from the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving and allow to breathe.
