This cheese was created at the behest of a young Jack Carefoot: the fifth-generation of the Singleton family, now our US Sales Manager. Jack suggested that his grandfather combine his favourite five cheeses. Voila. Stripey Jack was born. Red Leicester, Double Gloucester, Cheddar and Cheshire are combined in five different layers that make up one cheese. A great delight, with a striking display of red and white layers and wonderful robust flavors from some of England’s finest cheeses.
