Raw Milk Cheddar Bar
Raw Milk Cheddar is a very creamy textured and mild, yet tangy, Cheddar that is heat treated and cured for 60 days, to get that flavor. This cheese comes in a Retail Ready-to-sell format, ready to eat (Just open package!) and comes 12 half pound pieces per case (exact weight). This cheese is heat treated, but not pasteurized, to not cook out those good enzymes that really make that flavor pop!. We make this cheese in Amish Country, Ohio, and have been making cheese here since 1935. We are family owned and operated, 3rd generation. All Cheese is naturally Gluten Free and our Cheese is also rBST free. Minimal ingredients, Milk (cow’s) and Salt, Cheese Cultures, and microbial coagulant (makes the cheese solid and not liquid). We manufacture everything on site and are a staple here in Holmes County. Try all of our wonderful varieties!
