Founded in 1912 as a farmer’s co-operative, we use milk from own farms in the UK to make in to our White Stilton, ready at a few weeks old, it is mild and creamy and is perfect for blending with dried fruit. We gently blend our White Stilton with the finest Ginger and crystalised Mango. It is made into a half wheel that weighs 2.5lbs and is packed 2 per box and comes complete with re-pack labels. Try it in a cheesecake.
