Produced by Red Apple Cheese LLC, a 30-year-old family-owned business, Red Apple Cheese Pepper Jack bars are packed 8 oz x 12 per case. We only use Wisconsin Cheddar as an ingredient, other brands have moved to a processed cheese with a higher salt content while ours has ALWAYS been a pasteurized processed cheese. Vegetarian and Kosher. A creamy smooth flavor that finishes sweet from the red and green peppers. This cheese has a 275 day shelf life.
