Artikaas 5-Year Gouda is produced using pasteurized cow’s milk and vegetarian rennet. The cheese is aged traditionally on wooden shelves, developing a firm, crystalline paste. Despite its age, it yields a fudgy, creamy texture on the palate. You’ll get all the traditional flavors of nuts and caramel in this, with additional wine or brandy notes on the finish.
