Chipotle Cheddar is a multi-award-winning specialty crafted cheddar made by Henning’s Cheese in rural Kiel, Wisconsin. For 4 generations our family has been making artisan cheese since 1914. Our quality starts by buying fresh milk from small local family farmers who pasture graze their cows when weather permits and are otherwise fed a balanced diet of natural grains. Their milk is always rBST & gluten free. We then handcraft each batch. Chipotle Cheddar's smoky flavor and slight spiciness bring a Mexican flare to your mouth every time. This delicious cheese is a perfect addition to tacos, burritos, quesadillas, taquitos, burgers, nachos, dripping beef sandwiches, chicken sliders and so much more.
