Tomato Basil Cheddar is an award-winning specialty crafted cheddar made by Henning Cheese in rural Kiel, Wisconsin. For four generations our family has been making award winning artisan cheese since 1914. Our quality starts with fresh milk from small local family farmers who pasture graze their cows when weather permits and are otherwise fed a balanced diet of natural grains. Their milk is always rBST & gluten free. We hand craft each batch and infuse this cheese with sun-dried tomatoes and sweet basil to create an Italian favorite. Enjoy this cheese with pasta or tomato salads, lasagna, soups, panini’s, bruschetta skewers, risotto, chicken sliders and crisp wine like Rose or Pino Grigio.
