This is a 3 oz. Whole Muscle Slice Pack of Bresaola. This Bresaola is very special as it is wet brined with an Italian Aromatic Mash that cures the Beef Eye Round. Once the Meat has been cured it is then fermented for a well rounded, unctuousness found in no other Bresaola. Because it is Wet brined, it retains a good bit of moisture. The Packaging is MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) and is Shelf Stable. The Packaging allows the product to be shelf stable for up to 5 months.
