Product of Italy: slow-cured in Tuscany for minimum 14 months. Made with only original Italian pork ham and Mediterranean Sea salt. Seasoned with pepper, garlic and juniper. After the curing process the bone and rind are removed.
Product of Italy: slow-cured in San Gimignano (Tuscany) for minimum 14 months. Made with only original Italian pork ham and Mediterranean Sea salt. Seasoned with pepper, garlic and juniper. After the curing process the bone and rind are removed. The hams are molded and packed under vacuum before exporting them to US. The prosciuttos are sliced and packed in a USDA certified facility in Lakewood, NJ and packaged in MAP trays.
