S. Rosen's is a family company that has been baking Chicago’s favorite breads, buns, and rolls since 1909. Our 12oz Caraway Cocktail Rye features unbleached enriched flour, rye flour, salt, rye meal, and other simple ingredients you can feel good about. Loaf is 9.5 inches long and feature square slices a quarter of an inch thick. Flavor is that of a caraway rye and texture is dry, with visible caraway seeds in the product. We suggest using as the base for handheld appetizers, such as mini Reubens, as these can be paired with almost anything, although they also taste great on their own. Product is certified Kosher Pareve by the Orthodox Union. Product has a 45-day ambient shelf life and a 365-day shelf life when frozen.
