The cheese retains its taste and consistency throughout the shelf-life with almost no change and never develops ammonia or other unbalanced taste notes. Can be served with crisp vegetable or fresh bread. Or try battered, butter-fried camembert, served with blackcurrant preserves on home baked rye bread. Pairings such as roasted hazel nuts with maple syrup or plum chutney make excellent accompaniments on a cheese board.
