Old Chatham Creamery has been making award winning artisan sheep's milk cheese and yogurt for over 25 years. We also make goat's milk and mixed milk cheeses with all-natural, non-GMO ingredients. Our milk is 100% sourced from our farms that are family owned and operated and just minutes away from our creamery. Ewe's Blue is an homage to Roquefort, the king of French blues. This two time first place ACS award winner is made with 100% sheep's milk and aged for 90 days. Tangy flavors of butterscotch, sweet cream, and butter with slight floral undertones that make it very approachable.
