We take our own finest Blue Stilton, cut it in to rings and the hand layer between rings of Double Gloucester. This gives the product a striking visual effect, an eye catching product for any deli counter. The creaminess of the Gloucester and the Blue Stilton combined gives a wonderful taste sensation.
