Mediterranean Sunset Cheddar is a specialty crafted cheddar from Henning’s Cheese. For 4 generations our family has been making award winning artisan cheese since 1914. We handcraft small batches of cheese using fresh milk from small local family dairy farmers. Their cows are pasture grazed when weather permits and otherwise fed natural grains. Our cheese is always gluten & rBST free. This unique cheddar is infused with a taste of Tuscany featuring Kalamata olives, sun dried tomatoes, basil, oregano and more. Enjoy in pasta salads, veggie salads, grilled chicken, lasagna or melted on grilled cheese with vine ripened tomatoes. Serve with olives, crusty French bread, fresh cherry tomatoes, almonds and artisan crackers.
