Since 1952, Ferruccio Podda has been synonymous with passion and quality, and the strong links it has with the region of Sardinia (Italy), producing traditional mature cheese. These cheeses are produced in Sardinia with only 100% Sardinian milk. The factory is in Sestu (Cagliari) where it processes 10 million litres of Sardinian sheep's and cow's milk every with passion and experience to produce a range of quality products inspired by the local dairy culture. The Classico Stagionato is particulary appreciated for its aromatic notes resulting from the skilfull arto of cheese-making and from maturing for at least 5 months at cellar temperatures.
