Heirloom white corn tortilla chips ready to fry. Heirloom corn flavor, sturdy enough to hold up to dips; the crunchiest, most delicious chips available.
These frozen, ready-to-fry chips are a line cook’s BFF, and can be prepared à la minute or batch-fried before service. Made with heirloom white corn from Mexico and a coarser grind of masa to ensure little to no bubbling or blistering during the fry. Thaw, drop, and fry for the best chips ever. Since our tortillas contain no preservatives, the chips are blast frozen directly off the production line and the chips come packed in a frozen block that must be thawed, separated and portioned before frying. Some condensation occurs in the blast chiller that can create ice around the product; this is not an indication of improper storage or time in the freezer and will not affect the flavor or performance of the chips once thawed.
