Mifroma is the premier affineur and provider of cheeses from Switzerland, specializing in Le Gruyere AOP. Mifroma's Gruyere is aged in sandstone caves for a minimum of 6 months. The caves maintain a constant temperature and humidity which provide the ideal conditions for aging Le Gruyere AOP. Mifroma's Shredded Le Gruyere AOP is salty in flavor with fruity notes and has a slightly damp, soft texture. Shredded Gruyere works as a great ingredient or topping for a variety of dishes including mac and cheese, quiches, and pasta.
