Jalapeño Pepper Jelly has been around for generations. A fond memory experienced by many families and friends who gather for the holidays. Grandma brings out the homemade green pepper jelly poured over a block of cream cheese served with crackers, and everyone gathers around for a “taste of the green stuff”. Pepperlane uses the same homemade recipe that grandma used and has created many varieties of flavors enjoyed all year long. In 2009, Roderick and Sandra Weese joined Pepperlane as co-owners and in 2014 became sole owners of Pepperlane. Pepperlane’s commerical kitchen is located in the Wasatch Mountains in Midway Utah. A place where Rod and Sandra have called home for many years. Pepperlane sells its “original” jalapeno as well as many other of their 14 flavors including, Cran-Peño, Raz-Pepper, Hot Blooded Orange, Blackberry BUZZ, to grocery stores, delicatessen’s, gift shops, restaurants, chefs and gourmet cooks around the world. Known to many as a “condiment with a kick”. Try it on a sandwich, use it as a glaze on meats, create a dipping sauce for Asian cuisine, or add it in salad dressing.
