Please complete all applicable information in order to register to participate in the October 9th Fall Preview.  Our annual GFI FALL PREVIEW enjoys an outstanding reputation for success by delivering qualified buyers & attendees from the retail, food service, catering & natural food industries in the Florida, Caribbean, & South American markets. The atmosphere will be tropical causal, yet elegant. Repeating the past, our show is by INVITATION ONLY assuring you the opportunity of the most productive sales potential. We cordially invite you to display all authorized items (any item with an active GFI code number). Must register by September 18th.
Once registered, you will receive reminders that will guide you through the process. (You must be registered online to receive these reminders).

(Please Note- There will be a charge if samples are sent to the hotel directly) 
Suppliers are responsible for making arrangements for their individual samples. While registering online, you may choose to bring your own samples, have samples pulled & billed back from GFI Inventory (full cases only), or you may choose to ship samples to the Gourmet Foods International Pompano warehouse (1100 NW 33 street, Pompano Beach Fl. 33064). All samples must arrive to the GFI Pompano warehouse before October 4th, 2016. Product that is pulled from GFI inventory or sent to GFI Pompano warehouse before October 4th, 2016, will be delivered to the show via GFI truck & will be at your table by 8 AM the morning of the show for set up. Deadline for Sample Form September 30th.

Show Deal Information
You will also need to complete a show deal request form. Deal request forms will be sent out by your GFI Buyer. GFI will print a show deal booklet to pass out the day of the show. We will need you to submit show deals no later than September 26th, 2016. Show deals will be shipped to GFI between October 12th and December 12th at customers request. GFI will bill-back vendors for show deals monthly.

Display Information & Electrical Information 
Displays will be set up on 6’ draped banquet tables at a cost of $1750 each. Show space is limited to select suppliers. Even if you have completed a marketing program page, You will also need to go online to register. There is an additional $50 charge for each electrical outlet requested. Electrical availability is limited and will be designated to those who need to cook during the show. Please note that special arrangements must be made with the hotel kitchen (ahead of time) if you have items that need to be fried in oil.
