How do I register for the food show?
Vendors can register to participate in the food show using the marketing program in the vendor portal. If you have completed the marketing program and signed up for the Summer Expo, you will receive show instructions in June.
When are my food show deal sheets due?
Deal submission deadline is 7/13/2018. Deals submitted after the deadline may not be included in the printed Show Book.
GFI customers place orders prior to or at the show. Orders ship at customer's request between deal dates. Deal dates are 8/20/2018-10/21/2018. Vendors are billed back monthly on pre-show orders shipped.
Is there designated lodging for the food show?
GFI will have a room block with a negotiated group rate. The rooms are limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. Hotel information will be published in June.
Is there a vendor reception for this event?
A vendor reception will be scheduled the night before the food show. Details will be published when available.
What is the schedule for the show?
- Set-up: August 15 TBA
- Show Hours: TBA
- Booth Details: (1)- 8ft table with linen. There are a limited number of booths on outside walls that lend themselves to large backdrops.No cooking or frying is allowed in the convention center. You may only reheat food. All cooking, including the use of extreme heat sources, must be conducted in the kitchenand with approval from the convention center.
Who do I contact about electricity at my booth?
To request electricity for your booth, please contact Susan Robertson, GFI Event Manager.
How do my samples get to the show?
All participating vendors must complete the sample request form. This form will inform us as to how your product will be arriving at the show.
The form is required, whether you ship or plan to personally bring your samples to the show. The sample form must be completed by TBA. Samples being shipped to GFI Denver must arrive at the Denver warehouse by TBA in order to load on the designated GFI Food Show truck.
