All GFI Food Show registrations have to be completed on our 2017 Marketing Program. Registration Deadline August 25th.The show is coordinated with a local wine and spirit distributor to create a true culinary experience. All GFI customers are invited- Retail & Food Service Partners and we had over 1800 attend the 2016 show. Vendors must attend & service their booths to present products & take orders for the 2017 Holiday season. GFI customers place orders prior to or at the show. Orders ship at customer's request between 9/25 and 12/3. Vendors are billed back monthly on experience pre-orders shipped in the month.
All vendors must register for their badges before arriving to the show. This will speed up the process and alleviate problems with the registration desk. Use the link above labeled "Register Now: Show Badges". Complete the infomation and select “I AM A SUPPLIER” on the second page.
The sample request form is to inform us how your product will be arriving to the show. The form needs to be completed even if you are bringing your own samples to the show. Sample form must be completed by September 15th. Samples being shipped to GFI Atlanta must arrive to our warehouse by September 21st to be put on our truck for the Food Show. Your Booth Number is required to complete sample form.
Show Deal Information
Selling Details: GFI customers place orders prior to or at the show. Orders ship at customer's request between 9/25 and 12/3. Vendors are billed back monthly on experience pre-orders shipped in the month.
Deal Submission Dealine August 25th. Deals submited after August 25th are not assured inclusion in the printed Show Book.
Each interior 8’ x 10’ booth will be set with:
- 3’ high back drape
- 3’ high side dividers
- one 6’ draped table
- two side chairs
- one wastebasket
- 7” x 44” one line identification sign.
There are a limited number of booths on outside walls that lend themselves to large backdrops. Unless requested on your online booth registration entered on or before Aug 25th, outside wall options may not be available. Vendors who have selected half booths will share 50% of a table. Please be considerate of your vendor table partner and work together to create an attractive booth which provides equal space for both vendors.

Exhibitor Set Up: Monday, September 25th 2-6PM & Tuesday September 26th 8-11AM.
Atlanta Food & Wine Experience: Tuesday, September 26th 1-7PM
Exhibitor Break Down: September 26th 7-9PM. All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by 9:00pm on Tuesday. All carriers must check-in no later than 8:00pm on Tuesday.
Vendor Reception: Sunday, September 24 6:30-9:30pm
